67. Every person who contravenes section 6, 8, 19, 20, 21.1, 21.2, 30, 33 or 34 or any of sections 39 to 42 commits an offence and is liable, in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $8,000 to $500,000 or, despite article 231 of the Code of Penal Procedure (chapter C-25.1), to a maximum term of imprisonment of 18 months, or to both the fine and imprisonment, or, in other cases, to a fine of $24,000 to $3,000,000.

Every person who contravenes section 6 or 8, any of sections 19 to 21, section 23, the second paragraph of section 24, section 26, 30, 33, 34 or any of sections 39 to 42 commits an offence and is liable, in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $8,000 to $500,000 or, despite article 231 of the Code of Penal Procedure (chapter C-25.1), to a maximum term of imprisonment of 18 months, or to both the fine and imprisonment, or, in other cases, to a fine of $24,000 to $3,000,000.

67. Every person who commits an offence against any of the provisions of the second paragraph of section 14, the second paragraph of section 15 or the second paragraph of section 32 is liable,
(1)  in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $1,000 to $10,000; or
(2)  in the case of a legal person, to a fine of $2,000, to $20,000.
